Founders
João Jardim
João, an entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience in software development, founded JJ4Tech with the objective of bringing a solution already extensively tested by numerous customers of the fast payments' ecosystem (please see "Our Roots" for more info).
After obtaining a Master's in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and lecturing for 14 years as a guest professor at some of the main Brazilian universities, João began his corporate career as a technology consultant. From 1996 until 2001, João developed strategic systems for various companies, such as Citibank, IBM, Bradesco, Central Bank of Brazil, the Brazilian Banks' Federation (translation for "FEBRABAN"), the Brazilian Marine Force and Petrobras.
In 2001 founded the company “JD Consultores”, having invited Fernanda Jardim to found it with him, currently the leading instant payment provider in Brazil. The success of JD Consultores led to the creation of JJ4tech in 2022 (please see "Our Roots" for more info).
Fernanda Jardim
Fernanda, an entrepreneur for more than 20 years in the financial industry (please see "Our Roots" for more info), and specialist in Database, semi-structured data and XML, embarked on the journey of creating JJ4Tech with the goal of bringing all her experience in problem solving, customer support and testing implementations to the American market. Presenting the best possible technology is just one of JJ4Tech's differentials, Fernanda is here to ensure that our clients will always have the best support.
Fernanda has previously worked as a consultant for several companies such as Citibank, Central Bank of Brazil, Interbank Payments' Chamber (translation for "CIP"), Brazilian Banks' Federation (translation for "FEBRABAN"), Petrobras, ALBRAS - Brazilian Aluminum (translation for "Albras Alumínio Brasileiro") and Lotus of Brazil (translation for "Lotus do Brasil").

Caroline Cypriano | COO & Co-Founder
Lawyer that found herself in the world of business, former Statutory Director at TAG IMF (a Stone Co. company, NASDAQ listed under the ticker STNE). TAG IMF is a financial market infrastructure authorized by the Brazilian Central Bank as a collateral registry focused on the registration of card receivables. Was a director in two startups in California, United States, Strategic Planning Director at My Open Road Corp and Marketing Director at Push Inc., and held other positions previously in technology companies in Brazil, such as Stone, Sieve and Site Blindado.
